Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Civil Engineer Platform account and the data associated with it. You sign in with your Google account to use the app's AI tools; the sections below describe what gets deleted and how to request deletion.

1. Delete your account from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Civil Engineer Platform and sign in if asked.
2. On the Home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email eng.yahia22@hotmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, using the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your account (the Google sign-in identity: email address, display name, and user ID held by Firebase Authentication).
• Your saved designs / generated images stored in the app.
• Your AI usage record (the daily generation counter stored in Firebase Firestore).

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. What is retained

We keep no personal data tied to your account after deletion. The app also collects anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (via Firebase Analytics) that are not linked to your identity and therefore cannot be attributed to or removed for an individual user. See our Privacy Policy for details.

توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية حذف حسابك في منصة المهندس المدني والبيانات المرتبطة به. تسجّل الدخول بحساب Google لاستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التطبيق؛ وتشرح الأقسام التالية ما الذي سيُحذف وكيفية طلب الحذف.

1. حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق (الطريقة المُوصى بها)

1. افتح منصة المهندس المدني وسجّل الدخول إذا طُلب منك ذلك.
2. في الشاشة الرئيسية، انزل إلى الأسفل واضغط «حذف الحساب».
3. أكّد من النافذة. سيتم حذف حسابك وبياناتك فورًا.

2. طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا على eng.yahia22@hotmail.com من عنوان Google نفسه الذي سجّلت الدخول به، مع جعل الموضوع «طلب حذف حساب». وسنتحقّق ونكمل الحذف خلال 30 يومًا.

3. ما الذي يُحذف

• حسابك (هوية تسجيل الدخول عبر Google: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم المعروض ومعرّف المستخدم المحفوظ في Firebase Authentication).
• تصاميمك / الصور المُولّدة المحفوظة في التطبيق.
• سجلّ استخدامك للذكاء الاصطناعي (عدّاد التوليد اليومي المحفوظ في Firebase Firestore).

هذا الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

4. ما الذي يُحتفَظ به

لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية مرتبطة بحسابك بعد الحذف. كما يجمع التطبيق إحصاءات استخدام مجهّلة ومجمّعة (عبر Firebase Analytics) غير مرتبطة بهويتك، ولذلك لا يمكن نسبتها إلى مستخدم بعينه أو حذفها له. راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد من التفاصيل.
